Step 1: Registration

The first step in the process of acquiring property in any of Kaluti properties developments is to register your interest. You can do this by filling out the contact form on our website, calling one of our property advisors or by visiting us in our office on the 9^th floor at Emmar towers in Amman, Jordan.

Step 2: Meet With a Property Advisor

After completing the registration, one of our property advisors will shortly get in touch with you for a quick chat to discover your needs and requirements

Step 3: Real Estate Tour

Based on the requirements that have been provided, the property advisor will take you on a real estate tour to view the various Kaluti Properties developments that best match your interest.

Step 4: Pricing & Payment Discussion

Once you have selected the property you would like to purchase, the property advisor will give you the full scope of details on payments terms and pricing. You will then proceed to sign the Sales Purchase Agreement.

Step 5: Property Handover & Ownership

After the completed property has passed a final technical inspection and the payment has been completed, Kaluti properties will officially transfer the ownership rights of the property over to you, after which you are free to move into your new property.
